Ruby and Diamond Serpent Ring

A Ruby and Diamond serpent ring set in 18ct yellow gold, dating to the Victorian Era.
From about 1839 onward, the serpent ring became highly popular to follow the fashions of Queen Victoria, who sported the serpent as her engagement ring. Symbolising eternal love, this double headed serpent celebrates the eternal love of two parties.
