Repairs and Valuations

Victoria & Albert Antiques have a trusted team of jewellers and valuers, who’s knowledge of antique and modern jewellery ensures that your treasured piece will be treated with respect.

Some of the more popular services we provide are:

• Resizing of rings (from $110.00 to $160.00)
• Loose clasps
• Adding safety chains
• Polishing and rhodium plating
• Re-tipping of worn claws
• Replacing missing gemstones
• Restringing of beads and pearls
• Total restoration or remake of worn rings.

Please note that repairs are obligation free and quoted on a job-by-job basis.  You will need to leave your items with us for assessment. 

Valuations are by completed by a certified Gemmologist.  The price for a valuation will depend on the piece, but as a guide will start from $150.00.
