Antique Silver Collar English Circa 1880

A sterling silver English silver collar, circa 1880. 39cm in length, with 5cm of extra matching chain that can be added back in if necessary.

These fabulous silver necklaces were worn over a high-necked collar, usually with a locket attached at the base. Today, they look just as good worn with everything from evening wear to casual. Take the locket off for a completely different look, turning the bolt ring to the back for a less dramatic style.
